If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for all activity under your Account, including staff users you invite or create.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and plan limits

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected.
  • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Prices, taxes, and payment terms may vary depending on your location and payment method.
Plan sizing: Plans may include base quantities (included) and allow upgrades up to a maximum. If your needs exceed a plan’s maximum, you may need to move to a higher plan.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent acts.

8. Availability and changes

9. Termination
